Embrace Care is recruiting full‑time Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our Ofsted‑regulated children’s homes in Preston, supporting children and young people with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities and complex needs.
As a Children’s Residential Support Worker at Embrace Care, you will play a vital role in helping children feel safe, valued and supported every day. You will encourage independence, confidence and positive development while creating a stable, therapeutic and nurturing home environment.
Contract details:
- Permanent full‑time position
- Includes sleep‑in duties
What we offer:
- £13.00 to £13.50 per hour plus sleep‑in payments
- Approximately £31,400 to £32,400 per year including sleep‑ins
- 28 days paid annual leave with annual pay reviews

Your role as a Children’s Residential Support Worker:
- Provide day‑to‑day care and support to children and young people
- Support daily routines, education, activities and personal development
- Help children build confidence, independence and life skills

- Create a safe, positive and inclusive home environment
- Maintain accurate records and work as part of a supportive team
What we are looking for:
- Experience in care or working with children is helpful but not essential
- A compassionate, patient and reliable approach
- Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Children’s Residential qualification
