Embrace Care is looking for a Service Manager in Chester. This role is for experienced Service Managers or ambitious Deputy Managers, offering a leadership culture built on support, trust and a genuine commitment to high-quality care.
As a Service Manager, you will help lead our CQC-regulated adult social care service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex needs across supported living and residential care settings. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality person‑centred support, excellent safeguarding practice and strong regulatory compliance.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Care Manager and Registered Manager in the day‑to‑day running of a CQC-regulated adult social care service
- Leading, mentoring and developing a management team and Support Workers
- Driving high standards in person‑centred care, safeguarding and behaviour support
- Supporting CQC compliance, inspections and quality assurance processes
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals and external agencies
- Promoting a positive, safe and empowering environment for the people we support
What you’ll need:
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager in a CQC-regulated adult social care, supported living or residential care service
- Strong understanding of person‑centred care and regulatory requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or working towards
- Confident leadership and people management skills
- A values‑led approach with a genuine commitment to delivering high‑quality care
