Join Embrace Care as our next Service Manager in Chester. For experienced Service Managers or ambitious Deputy Managers, Embrace Care offers a leadership culture built on support, trust and a genuine commitment to high-quality care.

As a Service Manager with Embrace Care, you will help lead our CQC-regulated adult social care service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex needs across supported living and residential care settings. This Service Manager role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality person‑centred support, excellent safeguarding practice and strong regulatory compliance across our Chester service.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Care Manager and Registered Manager in the day‑to‑day running of a CQC-regulated adult social care service
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a management team and Support Workers
  • Driving high standards in person‑centred care, safeguarding and behaviour support
  • Supporting CQC compliance, inspections and quality assurance processes
  • Building strong relationships with families, professionals and external agencies
  • Promoting a positive, safe and empowering environment for the people we support

What you’ll need:

  • Experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager in a CQC-regulated adult social care, supported living or residential care service
  • Strong understanding of person‑centred care and regulatory requirements
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or working towards
  • Confident leadership and people management skills
  • A values‑led approach with a genuine commitment to delivering high‑quality care
