Are you highly organised with a passion for supporting people and processes? At Embrace Care, we’re seeking an Office Administrator / Executive Assistant to join our dedicated HQ team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our organisation running smoothly, supporting the senior leadership team, quality assurance, workforce wellbeing, and office operations in a fast-growing and values-driven care business.

Your Role as Office Administrator / Executive Assistant:
- Oversee Ofsted application processes, ensuring compliance and smooth coordination
- Provide Executive Assistant support to Board of Directors
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and support Directors and Senior Leadership Team operations
- Respond to enquiries and direct communication across departments and external stakeholders
- Organise and book company-wide events, training and conferences
- Oversee office management – supplies, enquiries, workspace preparation and general upkeep
- Support workforce wellbeing initiatives, recognition schemes and company events
- Maintain accurate administration for training, qualifications and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in administration, project coordination, or office management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and electronic systems
- Excellent communication skills and a professional
- Knowledge of health and safety, compliance, or quality assurance (desirable)
- Experience in the health and social care sector (desirable)
