Embrace Talent is delighted to be supporting a leading global engineering and manufacturing organisation in the appointment of a Global Category Lead, Construction & Infrastructure.
This is a newly created strategic role offering the opportunity to shape category strategy across a significant portfolio of construction and infrastructure spend, working with senior stakeholders across a complex international business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering category strategies, leading high-value sourcing activities, managing strategic supplier relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive commercial value, innovation, and supply chain performance.
We're interested in speaking with experienced procurement professionals who have significant experience within construction and infrastructure procurement, alongside a strong background in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management. Experience negotiating complex commercial contracts and working across large, multi-stakeholder organisations will be highly advantageous.
