Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Registered Manager (Ofsted / Children’s). The Registered Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with care standards and regulations, manage staff, and develop and implement care plans. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments
  • Providing guidance to team members
  • Liaising with external agencies
  • Fostering a culture of compassionate, high‑quality care

The role requires effective leadership to support children, young people, and adults with complex needs, ensuring their safety, well‑being, and development.

Qualifications

  • Relevant professional qualifications in health, social care, or a related field (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent)
  • Experience in safeguarding and working with regulatory bodies
