Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve their potential?

At Embrace Care, we're looking for dedicated, compassionate and resilient Support Workers to join our team at our short breaks and day-service provision. This is an opportunity to be part of a service that provides high-quality care and support to children and young people, helping them develop confidence, independence and life skills in a safe and nurturing environment.

No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting a young person to access community activities, while the next you might be helping them achieve personal goals, develop new skills or build positive relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality, child-centred care and support.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with children and young people.
  • Support daily routines, activities and independent living skills.
  • Encourage participation in education, hobbies and community activities.
  • Promote emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes.
  • Follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Work as part of a supportive and professional team.
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people at all times.

  • Previous experience working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals is essential
