An established and growing principal contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support a strong pipeline of projects across South Central. The Role

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Projects may include:

  • Commercial refurbishments
  • Fit-out works
  • Rail-related construction projects
  • M&E infrastructure upgrades
  • New build and refurbishment schemes
Responsibilities
  • Managing subcontractors and site teams
  • Overseeing health & safety compliance
  • Coordinating site logistics and programme delivery
  • Conducting site meetings and reporting progress
  • Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout delivery
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams
  • Managing materials, labour and site documentation
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or fit-out
  • Background working for a main contractor or principal contractor
  • Experience delivering commercial, rail, refurbishment or infrastructure projects
  • SMSTS, CSCS, PTS and First Aid certifications
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple stakeholders
