About the Role

They are looking for an ambitious and detail‐oriented Quantity Surveyor to join the growing team. You'll play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and supporting the delivery of high‐quality builds. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost plans, budgets, and estimates for construction projects.
  • Manage the measurement, valuation, and certification of works.
  • Lead procurement activities and negotiate contracts for best value.
  • Monitor project costs, identify risks, and recommend value‐engineering solutions.
  • Support contract administration and final account settlements.
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and produce cost reports.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, ideally within the construction sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and tendering.
  • Proficiency with estimating and project management software.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with a proactive approach to problem‐solving.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
