£12.95 per hour plus tronc and great benefits. Onsite, shifts, five days out of seven.

About the role: At launch, our restaurant will be the most exciting place to eat and drink in Bath and beyond with beautifully designed dining area with open plan kitchen where the team will prepare local, seasonal ingredients over open fire. Complementing the restaurant will be our luxurious bar, intimate snug and terrace(s). We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team here at Emberwood Restaurant at the Francis Hotel Bath. We are looking for someone to serve guests requirements to their satisfaction and to assist and develop waiters on their station, in order to ensure we are offering the best experience for our guests and ensure that a positive brand image is strengthened and maintained in all interactions with customers.
