Who Are We Looking For?The Floor Manager will ensure that all food services arewell driven, and the team are best prepared to dial into the guests needs. Theywill be extremely passionate about food and beverage and dedicated to ensuringslick and professional services.
They will be proficient with the Order of service, helpingsupport the Restaurant Manager in training other junior members of the team byshadowing and supporting them with the Order of Service, Allergy Proceduresetc. They will act as a support for the Head Waiters, Head Hosts and HeadBartenders so as to ensure guest satisfaction and high levels of service.
They should have at least 1 years of experience in acomparable position and environment. It is essential they are guest focused andrecognise that the team will be responsible for delivering an exquisiteexperience. As such, training and shaping the team is fundamental in being ableto achieve a harmonious and passionate collective.
What Are The Key Responsibilities?
Guest Interaction and Repeat Business built on trust andexperiences.
Keen eye for detail during service and supporting the widerteam in delivering service standards of the highest quality in relation to ouroffering.
Assist with training of staff to be well considered,supporting one-on-ones and group sessions to build the skill level of the team.
Take on sole responsibility of duty management havingoperational control of the restaurant bar, terrace and lounge making decisionswhich effect both staff and guests.
Compliant with Health and Safety Standards, built in todeliver exquisite experiences for guests.
Working with all teams within the Hotel, to ensure all staffand guests receive warmth and generosity.
Upholding thebrand with a positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm.
