EMBERWOOD BAR BACK SALARY: £27,497 per annum + Tronc

Who Are We Looking For?
The Barback position is an essential part to our bar team,ensuring each guest receives quick service, and well-prepared drinks. Whilstthey will not necessarily be making the drinks, they will be integral to ensuringthe bar team have the necessary mis-en-place at the most essential times.
They will have a passion for hospitality and the bar worldas progression and legacy is important, so each barback position will get fullbar training so they can learn and develop. As we are a guest focused business,a positive attitude and guest interaction is important, as well as a proactiveand helpful nature.
Some hospitality experience would be desirable so as tounderstand the fast-paced nature, but a positive attitude, solid teamwork, andgood guest interaction skills would be ideal.
Barista skills would be preferred however extensive trainingwould be available
What Are The Key Responsibilities?
Guest Interaction and Repeat Business built on trust andexperiences.
Service Standards of the Highest Quality in relation to ouroffering.
Delivery of hot beverages
Delivering the bar programme to the highest standard withconsistency
Support the bar team with the maintaining presentation andservice standards
Be proactive, efficient and diligent
Working with all teams within the Hotel, to ensure all staffand guests receive warmth and generosity.
Responsible for the safe delivery offood and drink, the correct conduct in relation to allergies and dietaryrequirements
