Who Are We Looking For?
The senior Waiter will ensure that all food services are well supported and help direct the members of the team in being prepared for service. They will be extremely passionate about food and beverage, supporting the Managers in training the team and arming them with all the tools to succeed during briefings. They will be responsible for encouraging the team to remain service and guest focused. They will be the right-hand person of the Management team during service, as well as ensure all preparations leading up to those services are exact and precise. They will also be encouraged to deliver magic moments, empowering the team to deliver an exquisite experience to the guest and be proactive in ensuring all public areas and spaces should be looked after. They should have at least 2 years of full‑time experience in a comparable position and environment. It is essential they are guest focused and recognise that the team will be responsible for delivering an exquisite experience. As such, training and shaping the team is fundamental in being able to achieve a harmonious and passionate collective.
