We're looking for an experienced

Multi-Trade Plumber to join a busy property maintenance team, carrying out repairs and refurbishment work across occupied and void residential properties. - Mainly across the Chelmsford and surrounding areas.

This is a varied role involving plumbing repairs, planned maintenance and kitchen and bathroom improvements, with the opportunity to use a range of additional trade skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
  • Carry out kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and upgrades.
  • Prepare void properties ready for new occupants.
  • Undertake planned maintenance and general property repairs.
  • Carry out basic carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating where required.
  • Participate in a rota for emergency out-of-hours call-outs.

About You

  • City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience within property maintenance, repairs or social housing.
  • Ability to carry out additional multi-trade work where required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.

Full UK fulldriving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
