We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with strong wet trade skills to join our property maintenance team in Chelmsford.
This is a varied role involving responsive repairs, planned maintenance and property refurbishments across residential homes.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out bricklaying, plastering and tiling repairs.
Complete kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.

About You
