Our Client is looking for people to join the administrative support team on a financial review project. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with an established Professional Services firm, in a fast paced environment, with the scope to learn and develop new skills.
We have two night shift patterns available for this project.
- Weekday Night Shift:
Location: Glasgow
Rate: £150 per night
Work pattern: Monday to Wednesday (7pm – 7am)
Start date: April and May start dates
Duration: Until December 2019 - Weekend Night Shift:
Location: Glasgow
Rate: £150 per shift
Work pattern: Thursday (7pm - 7am) & Saturday & Sunday (7am - 7pm)
Start date: April and May Starts
Duration: Until December 2019
Day-to-day Activities
- Research, gather and collate data relevant to the customer complaint using in-house banking legacy and 3rd party systems
- Gather information to deadlines and quality standards whilst maintaining customer outcomes
- Communicate with clients through written correspondence
- Liaise with the investigations team and senior managers
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Understanding of the products against which PPI complaints are made
- Excellent analytical and letter writing skills with attention to detail
- Relevant general banking experience internal or externally
- Highly organised and confident to use multiple banking systems
- Provide excellent customer service
- Driven to achieve targets and take ownership of workload
