The role: Initially, you will join our delivery team where your focus will be on working on assignments fed to you by our Practice Leads - both contract and permanent. Your primary objectives will be to build your knowledge of our markets, source great talent, and exceed client expectations. You could be sourcing professionals working in one or more of our Practice areas: Digital Marketing & Sales. You will be coached through a personalised development programme to develop you into a Senior Consultant as fast as your ambition and capability will support. At this point, you will join one of our Practices where we will support you with building and growing your own desk.

We are looking for individuals who can evidence at least a year of successful Recruitment experience - either within an agency or internally, focusing on one or more of the areas that we specialise in. If you can demonstrate an ability to build great relationships, think laterally, work independently, be super organised, and work at pace - we'd like to talk. We're not just interested in what you have achieved; we want to understand your potential. We seek people with a desire to develop themselves, an ability to learn from their mistakes, and who can work effectively as part of a team within our business model.
