Our client is looking for an Ecommerce Delivery Specialist/Manager with a proven background delivering digital or Ecommerce projects and preferably experience with Magento eCommerce Platform, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or equivalent software tools for a 6-month fixed term contract.
As an Ecommerce Delivery Specialist/Manager, you will utilise your digital technical expertise to drive continuous improvement to our ecommerce platform. You will be working with a team of experts in the digital sector and will utilise your stakeholder management skills to engage your team and drive web platform improvements as the business continues to expand.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in business analysis including; gap analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping and work stream management
- Able to work confidently with colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects on time, at the right quality and on budget in a fast-paced environment
- Able to clearly and simply communicate to a diverse set of stakeholders
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and negotiate priorities and manage dependencies
- A track record of working closely with analytics and marketing teams
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Prince 2, Scrum, Jira, Confluence or equivalent)
- Highly advantageous - Experience with Magento eCommerce Platform, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or equivalent software tool
