My client is a UK based company who is currently looking for a new Test Manager to join them. Heading a small, but dedicated team, you will be responsible for managing the overall Testing and Quality Assurance across the business by developing and constantly improving QA processes.
You will be operating in an Agile environment, helping your team to reduce the risks brought about by progressive digital change, while also partnering with other departments of the business. Your team will be made up of both on and offshore testers, working internally and externally, assuming direct line management responsibilities for each of them.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have:
- Several years of experience as a QA/ Test Manager leading a small or large team;
- Ideally been qualified in Prince2 or similar;
- Have a working knowledge of automated testing;
- Been certified as an ISTQB Test Manager.
