We’re seeking CAA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineers to support base maintenance operations at a leading aviation services provider in Teesside, UK. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of base maintenance activities across commercial aircraft types.
Working as part of an experienced engineering team, you’ll be responsible for aircraft maintenance from inspection through to release, maintaining the highest standards of airworthiness, documentation accuracy, and safety compliance.
- Aircraft Maintenance & Certification: Perform and certify base maintenance activities in accordance with approved maintenance data, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
- Supervision & Coordination: Collaborate with, and where applicable supervise, maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of aircraft checks. Work closely with Quality, Safety, and Compliance teams to uphold organisational and regulatory standards.
- Participate in training and aircraft type courses to maintain up-to-date technical proficiency. Valid Human Factors, EWIS, and SFAR88 training.
- Sound understanding of CAMO principles and maintenance data systems.
Based on-site at the Teesside facility, with occasional travel as required. Combination of hangar and office-based work, adhering strictly to safety and PPE standards. Collaborative, safety-driven environment with opportunities for professional development and type expansion.
