We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to partner with the Sales team, educate customers, and help ensure their success with Grafana Labs technology.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility.
- Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
- Collaborate to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create enablement material.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership; comfortable with diverse and complex assignments.
- First-class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and worldwide customers.
- Ability to articulate Grafana’s value proposition and the technical advantages of our products.
- Passion for solving technical challenges and delivering creative solutions.
- Technical mindset with a desire to grow technically.
- Must be located in the UK.
- Bonus: Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
- Bonus: Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC.
Compensation & Benefits
- In the UK, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is £99,000 - £124,000. Actual compensation varies based on level, experience, and interview assessments.
- All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to align incentives with Grafana Labs’ success.
- Compensation ranges are country-specific.
