As a Caretaker, you will form part of a local team undertaking high standard caretaking works to housing properties, delivering best in class customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards. This position is field‑based, covering Medway. You will be responsible for cleaning, repairs, maintenance in accordance with agreed protocols and time frames, ensuring PPM safety compliance on all blocks, scheduling Fire Risk Assessments, seasonal upkeep, and safety checks at required intervals.
Role Criteria
- Experience in caretaking or cleaning
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures
- Ability to use a PDA after training
- Must have a UK driving licence, aged over 21, held licence for over three months, and less than nine points if driving a company vehicle
- Eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available
- Background checks, identity and security checks will be required before commencement
