Social Media & Influencer Manager to take our social presence to the next level.
This isn't a traditional social media role.
We're looking for someone who understands that today's social media is about building communities, driving ecommerce growth, creating scroll-stopping content and turning creators into brand advocates.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll own and grow our social ecosystem, including
- Developing and executing our social media strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In and emerging platforms.
- Planning, filming, editing and publishing engaging short-form content.
- Building and managing relationships with influencers, creators, ambassadors and affiliates.
- Leading our Tik Tok Shop and social commerce strategy, including live shopping events and creator collaborations.
- Working closely with Ecommerce, CRM, Paid Media and Brand teams to create campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and sales.
- Spotting trends before everyone else—whether that's AI-powered search, new content formats or the latest creator opportunities.
- Measuring performance, analysing insights and continually improving results.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Has 4+ years' experience in social media for an ecommerce, FMCG, health, beauty or lifestyle brand.
- Has a proven track record of growing social channels and engaged communities.
- Loves creating content and isn't afraid to get behind the camera.
- Has experience managing influencers, affiliates and creator campaigns.
- Understands how social content drives customer acquisition and revenue.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Bonus points if you've worked with Tik Tok Shop, influencer platforms or live shopping.
