We’re looking for an organised, proactive Team Administrator to join a busy property management team supporting a commercial and residential property portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and triaging correspondence across shared inboxes and post
- Drafting routine communications on behalf of the team
- Obtaining and comparing contractor and supplier quotes
- Supporting credit control, including chasing rent and service charge arrears
- Managing utilities, business rates and council tax accounts
- Processing supplier invoices and raising purchase orders
- Coordinating diaries and meetings with tenants, contractors and colleagues
- Tracking tasks, projects and repair works, flagging anything at risk of delay
- Keeping tenancy files, leases and correspondence organised and up to date
- Supporting general office administration and wider team requirements
About you:
You’ll be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a reputation for getting things done. You’ll be a confident and professional communicator, comfortable juggling competing priorities and deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
