The Role
As Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our product presence across key marketplaces including eBay, Superdrug Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Amazon, OnBuy, Tesco Marketplace, and other emerging sales channels. You will ensure listings are fully optimised, compliant, and designed to maximise visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of marketplace management experience who is looking to develop their career within a rapidly growing international brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, manage, and optimise product listings across multiple marketplaces.
- Write and enhance product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords to improve search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for marketplace listings.
- Monitor listing performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve conversions.
- Manage product catalogues, ensuring accuracy of pricing, stock levels, imagery, and product information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to launch new products and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and marketplace trends.
- Resolve listing issues, suppression warnings, and marketplace compliance requirements.
- Analyse marketplace performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing eCommerce marketplace accounts.
- Experience working with platforms such as eBay, TikTok Shop, Superdrug Marketplace, Amazon, OnBuy, or similar.
- Strong understanding of marketplace listing optimisation and SEO principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and marketplace management tools.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create compelling product content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
