Are you a commercially minded creative who wants to do more than simply design great-looking assets? We’re working with a fast-growing international health and wellness business that develops and distributes premium consumer products across 15+ countries. With international expansion accelerating, new products launching and entirely new brands in development, they’re looking for a talented Brand Lead & Creative Manager to take real ownership of their creative direction. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to shape brands, influence commercial strategy and build something.
You’ll take ownership of the brand across the entire customer journey – from packaging, e-commerce and marketplaces through to retail, social, digital campaigns, PR and sales materials. You’ll work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Paid Media and senior leadership, using both creative instinct and commercial performance data to continually improve how the brands look, feel and perform.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and evolve the brand identity, Brand Book and Tone of Voice
- Develop packaging, digital campaigns, e-commerce creative, retail assets and sales collateral
- Create high-converting creative for Shopify, Amazon and other online marketplaces
- Turn commercial objectives into strong creative briefs and campaigns
- Use metrics including CTR, CVR and ROAS to improve creative performance
- Manage and mentor an in-house Junior Designer
- Work with external designers, photographers, videographers and agencies
- Protect brand consistency across international markets
- Create entirely new brands, from visual identity and packaging through to launch
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior design/brand role
- Strong FMCG experience
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Excellent knowledge of branding and visual identity systems
- E-commerce and online marketplace experience
- Experience managing or mentoring junior creatives
- Strong commercial awareness – you understand that creative needs to deliver results
- The confidence to take ownership, challenge ideas and work closely with senior stakeholders
- Experience within health, wellness, supplements, beauty or consumer products would be particularly relevant, as would Shopify, Amazon, photography, video or motion graphics experience.
Why this opportunity stands out:
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a brand and simply produce assets. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of an ambitious international business, launch new brands from scratch, influence key commercial decisions and help build the creative function as the company grows. And there’s significant headroom. As the business scales, the intention is for this position to develop into a Head of Brand role, with the opportunity to build your own creative team and become an increasingly influential part of the senior leadership structure.
If you’re a creative leader who combines great design with commercial thinking and you’re excited by the prospect of genuinely owning and building brands, we’d love to hear from you.
