We’re an ambitious fine jewellery business entering an exciting new stage of growth, and we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Ecommerce & Digital Growth Manager to take ownership of our online commercial performance. This is a significant hire for the business — and a genuine opportunity to shape how we grow. We’re not looking for someone to simply maintain an ecommerce website. We’re looking for someone who can grow one.

You’ll take end-to-end ownership of our Shopify store and digital customer acquisition, with a clear objective: increase profitable online revenue and build a scalable ecommerce growth engine.

What you’ll own

  • Ecommerce & Shopify: Own the commercial performance of our Shopify store, including merchandising, navigation, collections, product presentation, landing pages and the overall customer experience. Analyse the complete customer journey, identify where customers are dropping out and build a structured programme of testing and optimisation.
  • Paid Acquisition: Take commercial ownership of Google and Meta, working directly and/or with specialist partners to improve performance and scale spend intelligently.
  • SEO & Organic Growth: Develop an ecommerce SEO strategy focused on commercially relevant searches that generate sustainable traffic and revenue.
  • TikTok & Emerging Channels: Explore opportunities across TikTok Shop, creators, affiliates, paid TikTok and other emerging ecommerce channels.
  • Analytics & Commercial Performance: Use Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console and other platforms to understand performance — and turn that data into action.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll ideally bring:

  • 5+ years’ ecommerce / digital growth experience
  • A proven track record of growing ecommerce revenue
  • Strong CRO and customer journey expertise
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Google Shopping and Meta
  • Strong ecommerce analytics and attribution knowledge
  • Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets
  • A solid understanding of ecommerce SEO
  • Commercial understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER, margin and profitability
  • Experience managing agencies, developers and specialist partners
  • Strong merchandising and ecommerce copy instincts
  • Experience within jewellery, luxury, fashion, beauty or another considered-purchase ecommerce category would be a major advantage.

The opportunity

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who enjoys asking: Where is the opportunity? Where are we losing customers? What should we test? What’s preventing us from scaling? Where should we invest the next £1 of marketing budget? And then actually doing something about it.

You might currently be a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Ecommerce Growth Manager, Digital Trading Manager, Head of Ecommerce or Senior Digital Growth Manager looking for the opportunity to have a much bigger impact. As the ecommerce business grows, this role will grow with it — with the opportunity to shape the strategy, build the foundations and ultimately develop the function and team around you.
