Embat is one of the fastest-growing FinTech scale-ups in Europe. Founded in 2021, we are on a mission to redefine how mid‑market and enterprise companies interact with their money. We don’t just offer visibility; we are building the financial operating system for modern finance teams. Our platform empowers CFOs, treasury teams and finance leaders to centralize their banking, automate manual processes, and access real‑time financial information to make smarter business decisions.

What started as a treasury management platform has evolved into something much bigger. Today, Embat combines treasury software, payments, banking connectivity and AI‑powered intelligence into a single platform designed to eliminate manual financial processes and replace outdated spreadsheet‑based workflows. We are currently building EmbatOne, our proprietary banking infrastructure, bridging the gap between traditional banking and seamless digital operations. Alongside this, Tellme, our AI financial assistant, enables finance teams to access complex financial insights through natural language, transforming how financial information is consumed and acted upon.

We are a team of 150+ talented professionals across Spain, the UK and the DACH region, bringing together expertise in fintech, banking, software engineering, payments and AI. We are united by a culture of ownership, ambition and collaboration.

Thousands of finance professionals rely on Embat to manage critical treasury operations, payments and cash visibility. Our infrastructure processes high‑volume financial workflows with the reliability, security and scalability required by multinational companies.

In May 2026, Embat secured a €30M Series B led by Cathay Innovation, with continued backing from Creandum, Samaipata, 4Founders Capital and VentureFriends. This milestone is accelerating our international expansion and strengthening our ambition to become the AI‑native treasury platform powering the next generation of global finance teams.

We are looking for a Global B2B Performance Marketing Manager to lead our acquisition strategy and drive growth through paid channels across our principal markets (Spain, UK and DACH). This role is key to acquiring new B2B clients by effectively managing paid marketing campaigns. You will play a strategic role in achieving key business objectives, using data to measure channel performance and determining how best to allocate marketing investment across competing opportunities, with a primary focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the day‑to‑day delivery of Paid Advertising campaigns (Google Search, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads), including planning, strategy development, account setup, execution, and analysis.
  • Lead SEM Strategy: Oversee strategy and hands‑on management of SEM campaigns. This includes keyword research, account structure, bidding strategies, and writing compelling ad copy aligned with user intent.
  • Drive Paid Social Growth: Develop, execute, and scale paid social marketing strategies on LinkedIn Ads. You will plan campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to achieve revenue targets.
  • Creative Optimization: Create briefings for the design team to test creative variations, messaging frameworks, and audience segments to maximize performance.
  • Track and optimize ROI: Manage budget and deadlines, recommending modifications to ad spend and channel selection based on data.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Looker). Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) and SQL is preferred.
  • Reporting: Build clear performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. You will conduct deep‑dive analyses (e.g., cohort, LTV/CAC, funnel drop‑off) to influence growth strategy.
  • Sales Alignment: Hold weekly meetings with Sales Development teams to improve campaign quality and feedback loops on lead quality.
  • Test & Learn: Lead projects to inform best practices, bringing new ideas and testing trends. You will identify new platforms and tools to expand acquisition opportunities.
  • AI Integration: Implement new AI workflows for creative generation and optimization to improve efficiency.

Experience:

  • 7+ years in Performance Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or high‑growth tech companies.
  • Proven experience leading strategy and hands‑on management of campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Ads strategy for B2B audiences.
  • Mastery of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker, and familiarity with HubSpot. Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset, strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English and Spanish or German is a must.
