Som ansvarig för Innovations- och forskningskontoret är du med och stärker Sveriges attraktivitet som kunskapsnation, främjar innovations- och forskningssamarbeten och därigenom bidrar till att attrahera investeringar till Sverige. Arbetet bedrivs inom områdena innovation, forskning och högre utbildning med fokus på att bevaka, analysera och rapportera om utvecklingen i Storbritannien samt etablera nätverk med relevanta aktörer inom dessa områden. En viktig del i arbetet är att planera och genomföra in- och utgående besök samt att bidra till främjandet inom Team Sweden.
I rollen ingår också ett verksamhetsledande ansvar för Innovations- och forskningskontoret vid ambassaden London, ett av regeringens sju innovations- och forskningskontor i utlandet, vars uppdrag samordnas av Klimat- och näringslivsdepartementet.
Kvalifikationer vi söker:
- Relevant examen på högskole- eller universitetsnivå.
- Examen på forskarnivå eller erfarenhet av studier utomlands är meriterande.
- Goda kunskaper om det svenska forsknings- och innovationssystemet.
- Erfarenhet från internationellt forsknings- och innovationssamarbete.
- Kunskap om samverkan mellan offentlig sektor, näringsliv och akademi.
- Erfarenhet från arbete i Regeringskansliet eller annan offentlig förvaltning.
- Kunskaper från analys- eller utredningsarbete, främjande samt erfarenhet av ledarskap.
- Kunskap om det brittiska forsknings- och innovationssystemet och/eller näringslivet är meriterande.
För att lyckas i rollen har du en välutvecklad förmåga att samarbeta, skapa nätverk och bygga relationer. Du är strategisk och analytisk med en blick på helheten för verksamheten samt självgående, strukturerad och initiativrik. Du är kvalitetsmedveten, resultatorienterad och har ett gott omdöme samt hög integritet. Du har god social förmåga och är bra på att kommunicera både i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska.
