Known for launching beauty brands into the UK, Embassy of Beauty retails luxury, niche brands. Embassy of Beauty is dedicated to delivering luxurious experiences and top-tier skincare solutions to its clientele.

We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Head of Marketing & E-commerce to lead our marketing initiatives and drive online revenue growth. This role will oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, performance marketing, customer experience, and e-commerce operations to scale the business and strengthen Embassy of Beauty’s market position.

You will play a key leadership role, working cross-functionally to deliver innovative campaigns, optimize the customer journey, and accelerate digital performance.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all channels
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, PR, influencer, and partnerships)
  • Manage brand equity and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
E-commerce & Digital Growth
  • Own e-commerce strategy, performance, and revenue growth targets
  • Optimize website performance, UX/UI, and conversion rates
  • Oversee customer journey, retention strategies, and CRM initiatives
  • Manage online merchandising, product launches, and promotional planning
Performance & Analytics
  • Drive data-led decision-making across marketing and e-commerce activities
  • Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and revenue performance
  • Identify growth opportunities through testing, optimization, and innovation
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing and e-commerce team
  • Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and leadership teams

7+ years of experience in marketing and e-commerce leadership roles, preferably within beauty, luxury, or consumer brands. Proven track record of scaling e-commerce revenue and brand growth. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO, CRM, and social commerce. Experience with e-commerce platforms. Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
