The Role
We’re looking for a creative storyteller with a sharp editorial eye and a genuine passion for luxury beauty. As our Brand Manager, you’ll shape how Embassy of Beauty is seen, heard and loved — crafting compelling narratives across every touchpoint, driving commercial performance, and building the kind of brand authority that turns customers into advocates. This role sits at the intersection of creative and commercial, and is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between big‑picture brand strategy and beautifully written copy.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write and edit all brand copy including product descriptions, newsletters, email campaigns and social media content.
- Produce educational and promotional material that communicates product benefits, skincare technologies and treatments with clarity and authority.
- Maintain and continuously evolve Embassy of Beauty’s tone of voice across all digital platforms.
- Brand & Content Strategy
- Develop original content ideas aligned with brand and commercial goals.
- Plan themes, messaging and campaign storylines across digital and social channels.
- Identify opportunities in line with upcoming launches, brand partnerships and seasonal activity.
- Research market trends, competitor activity and wider industry insights to inform creative direction.
- Support the development and growth of our MyEB Rewards loyalty programme and brand partner relationships.
- Manage the SEO Strategy.
- Campaign & Calendar Management
- Collaborate with e-commerce, design and operations teams to deliver content on time and to the highest standard.
- Own the content calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, events and promotions.
- Ensure all output supports business objectives and consistently reflects our luxury positioning.
- Work with media partners to manage ad channels.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Copywriter, Content Manager or Brand Manager within luxury beauty, skincare or a closely related field.
- Exceptional written English with a refined, engaging editorial tone.
- A genuine passion for skincare — knowledge of ingredients, treatments and luxury retail is a real advantage.
- Experience creating and developing commercial content across social media platforms.
- Understanding of e-commerce and email marketing tools; Klaviyo experience is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving team.
