About Embassy of Beauty: We exist to discover the unseen in beauty — the world's most niche and exceptional brands, curated with integrity and tested by our own team before they reach a customer. We began as the UK home of Biologique Recherche and have grown into a curated multi-brand retailer, now trading in the UK and newly launched in the US. Small, ambitious team where your work shows up in the numbers every week.
What you'll do:
- Own the full Klaviyo programme: core flows (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment), campaign calendar, segmentation and deliverability, for UK and US.
- Build the bridge between acquisition and retention — turning sample orders into first full-price purchases — working hand in hand with our Paid Acquisition Manager.
- Grow flow revenue as a share of total email revenue, and report on it honestly.
- Brief and iterate email creative with our designer, grounded in what converts.
- Own email reporting and deliverability health, treating Shopify as the source of truth.
What we're looking for:
- Genuine Klaviyo depth: you've owned a programme end to end and can say what share of revenue your flows drove and how you grew it.
- Strong analytical instincts; sceptical of platform attribution; able to spot when the data is lying.
- Shopify experience.
- Clear, direct communicator who explains performance without jargon.
Bonus: premium beauty/skincare/luxury DTC; building lifecycle and segmentation programmes at scale.
You’ll work alongside our Ecommerce Manager, in-house designer and Paid Acquisition Manager.
