Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Trainer located in Greater London. The Beauty Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on our beauty treatments and multi brand products, ensuring all staff are highly knowledgeable on ingredients and benefits of all products. Daily tasks include conducting workshops, providing hands-on demonstrations, monitoring staff performance, and staying updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques. The Beauty Trainer will also provide customer consultations and support the team in delivering outstanding service to our clients.

The trainer will also be expected to keep all training materials up to date as well as working with the marketing team to develop the digital strategy.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in beauty treatment techniques and product knowledge
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to monitor and assess staff performance
  • Up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in luxury beauty retail is a plus
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3
  • Relevant beauty certifications or qualifications
