The Role: Working for a leading Tool and Equipment Hire company, we are looking for a workshop based Electrical PAT Tester / Test & Run engineer, based in the Romford, Essex area. Reporting directly to the workshop manager, you will have previous electrical experience checking / testing a range of Small Tools. As part of the role you will also be expected to assist within the depot as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- PDIs, servicing and repairing tool hire equipment
- Working effectively in a small team
- Maintain and exceed workshop targets and efficiency
- Work well under pressure
- Maintain health & safety to HSE and company standards
Skills:
- Previous experience in one or more of the following roles: Service Engineer, Tool Fitter, Hire Technician
- You will need previous experience repairing and servicing tool hire equipment
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Able to work without instruction
