Navigator is an exciting new agency that unites Blue Marble Research, Pye Tait Limited and Qa Research and delivers social and market research that shifts perspectives and drives decisions shaping our society and economy. People working in this operating company are researchers interested in how people think and respond and data collection experts using systems and surveys to gather data.

As we grow the Navigator brand, we are looking for a creative forward-thinking individual to join our team, supporting the full spectrum of business development activities. The Marketing & Business Development Executive supports Navigator to build its brand, spot new opportunities and manage the new business pipeline effectively. This role is therefore responsible for Navigator’s website and social media presence, supporting audience generation for in-house webinars and working as a part of a project team on new business generation.

The role also plays a key part in managing our pipeline of new opportunities, making sure that when these convert into project wins, all the data is logged in our project management system. Horizon scanning and pipeline management responsibilities are shared with the Head of Operations to ensure sufficient resource is available for this important function and cover is provided during periods of absence. A close working relationship is therefore critical.

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information professionally, accurately, and in a manner which is clearly understood, as well as strong networking and interpersonal skills.

This role needs someone with marketing experience in and around social media and content creation. You will also need administration experience as well as experience on project management systems. You will have a keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy.
