Joining Navigator's two-year Research Executive Training Programme, designed to give you broad experience across the business through placements in different teams and exposure to a wide range of clients, sectors and research approaches.
Working alongside experienced researchers, you will contribute to the design and delivery of qualitative and quantitative research projects, including developing methodologies, analysing data, supporting focus groups and workshops, and helping to produce insight reports and client presentations. We will offer you the opportunity to take the Foundation Course in Market Research, an industry-wide qualification (which we will pay for and ensure you have time to study for). Throughout the programme, you will receive structured training, mentoring and regular development reviews to support your growth and career progression.
The Research Executive Training Programme is offered on a two-year fixed-term contract. Our aim is to retain successful graduates beyond the programme, and we will actively look for opportunities to offer permanent roles to those who perform strongly, including, where appropriate, before completion of the two-year scheme.

Starting salary of £26,000, rising to £28,000 in Year 2 based on performance. If holidays are what you’re looking for, we offer 25 days plus bank holidays.
