Digital Services ePR Administrator role at East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust. The role supports EMAS frontline clinicians and others in delivering excellent patient care by enabling access to digital support functions. It also involves ensuring the availability of iPads for clinicians and managing related digital services within the Digital Services department.
The role involves providing administration to support EMAS' Digital Services Service Delivery department, general ePR administration, and service delivery administration. It includes day-to-day management of spreadsheets and databases, device reporting and returns, and ensuring proper device return processes for departing employees. It also covers data usage oversight for devices, maintaining iPad buffer stock, keeping asset registers up to date, and asset control of frontline and non-frontline iPad devices. The role supports the Digital Services service desk with ePR tasks.
Responsibilities- Provide general ePR admin and Service Delivery admin support.
- Be responsible for day-to-day management of spreadsheets and databases.
- Be responsible for reporting on broken or damaged devices and chasing devices that have not yet been returned; ensure leaving employees follow return processes and actively retrieve unreturned devices.
- Oversee monthly data use for devices and take appropriate steps as required.
- Maximise iPad buffer stock within Digital Services and ensure availability for swap outs.
- Ensure all iPad data is up to date and correct within asset registers.
- Asset control of frontline and non-frontline iPad devices.
- Able to demonstrate own activities to new or less experienced employees.
- Support the Digital Services service desk with ePR and related tasks.
- Flexible working patterns and a wide selection of rotas for part-time and full-time staff.
- Holiday entitlement of 27 days rising to 29 days after 5 years, and 33 days after 10 years, plus pro rata bank holidays for part-time staff.
