Product Enablement Specialist What you’ll do Empower our Revenue Teams to effectively showcase the SAP Emarsys platform by providing essential tools, knowledge, and resources. Key Responsibilities: Product Training: deliver training to Sales and Customer Success teams on SAP Emarsys and SAP CX innovations. Work with Product and Engineering to create accessible, sales-focused materials. Demo Environment Management: Manage and document demo environments to support client conversations. Improve integrations with SAP CX and third-party solutions. Demo Training: Create and update demo guides, tours, and onboarding materials to boost team readiness. Release Enablement: Lead enablement for quarterly product releases, including regional programs and follow-ups. Act as the Revenue team’s product release expert. Communication: Share key product updates with Revenue teams through newsletters and enablement resources. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Services Training, and Sales to align strategies and integrate feedback. Event Facilitation: Plan global workshops to address team-specific product knowledge needs. Innovation and Improvement: Introduce new enablement methods to improve learning and efficiency. What you bring: Experience: 2+ years in tech (preferably B2B SaaS) with experience in roles like Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success, or similar. Technical skills: Experience with HTML, SQL, APIs, or webhooks is a plus. Strong communication: Ability to craft compelling product narratives and confidently deliver webinars. Strategic mindset: Expertise in positioning and messaging. Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
