We are looking for two focused and energetic Marketing Executives to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to drive campaigns for a diverse portfolio of events - ranging from exclusive, 100-person C-suite conferences to major black-tide industry awards ceremonies hosting over 1,300 delegates at iconic venues like the Grosvenor House Hotel. While the highlights of the year involve being on-site at these prestigious locations, the core of this role is rooted in strategic campaign execution. You will spend the majority of your time in the office, taking ownership of multi-channel marketing plans that reach senior decision-makers across the construction, healthcare, and local government sectors.
Competencies and Personal Specifications:
- Marketing foundation: A degree or early-career experience (internships or projects) in marketing, communications, or a related field. You should have a clear interest in how B2B brands engage their audiences.
- Professional communication: Excellent written and verbal skills are essential. You will be expected to draft professional copy for emails and social media that resonates with senior business leaders.
- Organisational excellence: Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative approach: The ability to work professionally across different departments, including sales, event production, and data teams, to ensure project alignment.
- Technical aptitude: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with B2B tools such as Adestra, Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, and Hootsuite is a significant advantage.
- A results-oriented mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a "growth mindset" - you are someone who takes feedback constructively and looks for ways to improve campaign performance.
- Composure: You remain calm and resourceful under pressure, particularly during the final countdown to a major event or awards ceremony.
Education/Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in digital and/or event marketing through internships, university projects or junior roles is strongly preferred.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to analyse data, track campaign metrics and present findings clearly.
- Creative thinker with a collaborative, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Attributes:
- Collaborative team player.
- Ideas and target driven.
- Analytical with the ability to read and interpret data.
- Innovative and creative.
- Extremely well organised with the ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload effectively meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships cross-functionally, and at all levels.
