We are looking for two focused and energetic Marketing Executives to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to drive campaigns for a diverse portfolio of events – ranging from exclusive, 100-person C-suite conferences to major black-tie industry awards ceremonies hosting over 1,300 delegates at iconic venues like the Grosvenor House Hotel. While the highlights of the year involve being on-site at these prestigious locations, the core of this role is rooted in strategic campaign execution. You will spend the majority of your time in the office, taking ownership of multi-channel marketing plans that reach senior decision-makers across the construction, healthcare, and local government sectors.

- Organisational excellence: Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines and deadlines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative approach: The ability to work professionally across different departments, including sales, event production, and data teams, to ensure project alignment.
- Technical aptitude: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with B2B tools such as Adestra, Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, and Hootsuite is a significant advantage.
- A results-oriented mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a “growth mindset” – you are someone who takes feedback constructively and looks for ways to improve campaign performance.
- Composure: You remain calm and resourceful under pressure, particularly during the final countdown to a major event or awards ceremony.
