Emanuel School is seeking an experienced PA to provide personal assistance to the Senior Deputy Head and administrative support to the academic departments that the Senior Deputy Head is responsible for. This is a varied role where your responsibilities will include diary and correspondence management, in addition to coordinating meetings and communications with various departments, as well as assisting the PA to the Deputy Head: Academic with the organisation and smooth running of all in-person and online parents’ evenings. You will also support the SEND department to ensure its smooth operation.
To be considered for this role you will need experience of successfully providing senior PA support as well as experience of efficient and effective organisation and management systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and other MS Office applications is equally important.
This role is fixed term for the purposes of a maternity cover, commencing 20th April 2026 and terminating 31st May 2027.
