You will play an important part in creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience for prospective pupils looking to join Emanuel School and their families, helping them get to know the school and supporting them through the admissions journey.

Working closely with the Head of Admissions and Marketing and colleagues across the school, you will support all aspects of the admissions process, from responding to enquiries and processing registrations to helping manage applicant data, school reports, references and onboarding information. You will also help build positive relationships with families, feeder schools and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects Emanuel's values and reputation.

Alongside admissions, you will contribute to the school's marketing and communications activity. This will include supporting digital and printed communications, helping source stories, images and content from across the school, preparing materials for events, and using tools such as Canva and Adobe.
