Emanuel School is seeking an IT Support Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support across the school.
In this role, you will provide first and second-line technical support to staff and pupils, both in person and remotely.
As the first point of contact for IT support requests, you will respond to queries via phone, email and face-to-face, resolving a wide range of hardware, software and network-related issues.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting problems across the school's IT infrastructure, as well as building, configuring and deploying a variety of devices, applications and classroom technology.
You will help ensure that all devices remain secure and compliant with the school's IT policies and security standards by installing software, applying updates and performing routine maintenance.
In addition to this, you will provide support and cover for the Helpdesk Manager as required.
Whether you are resolving complex technical issues or providing day-to-day support to colleagues and students, you will be part of a collaborative, customer-focused IT team that plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth and effective operation of the school's technology services.
