Email Testing is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our fast-growing team in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic recommendations for improving financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions and reconcile accounts on a monthly basis.
- Create and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare and oversee the annual budgeting process and monitor actual performance against budgeted goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Manage and lead the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Qualifications
