We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Regulatory Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in interpreting financial regulations, defining technical requirements, and driving compliance initiatives. This role requires an understanding of EMIR, CFTC, MIFID reporting requirements, familiarity with DTCC specifications as well as experience working with XML/FpML formats and regulatory reporting workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, structured technical specifications.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure regulatory rules are correctly implemented.
  • Map and validate XML formats for DTCC submissions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on reporting obligations including eligibility logic, data sourcing and transformation logic to both the technical development and BAU reporting teams.
  • Support the full change life cycle including new/revised reporting obligations, BAU change to existing regimes, control framework as well as issue investigation and remediation.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of system interactions and dependencies across the business.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Strong product knowledge.
  • Experience working with trade repositories.
  • Hands-on experience with CFTC, EMIR, MIFID (SFTR knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to articulate system dependencies and assess impacts of regulatory changes.
  • Proven track record in managing both new regulatory change projects and BAU updates/remediations.
