Salary: £500-£550 per day
We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful Senior PMO to lead the delivery of a data migration project within our Change Practice.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to align project and portfolio management with the overall business objectives of the investment banking division.
- Oversee the governance of project portfolios, including prioritisation, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Implement and maintain rigorous processes to track and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Manage and optimise the allocation of resources, both human and financial, across multiple projects and programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient and aligned resource utilisation.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to assess success, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects and portfolios, considering market dynamics, regulatory changes, and internal factors.
- 5+ years’ experience at Programme/Portfolio level as a PMO.
- Experience in Financial Services, ideally Investment Banking or Wealth Management.
- Experience set up or supported the creation of a CPMO.
- Project experience across Finance, Regulatory, Business, Cyber, Risk and Technology change.
- Experience in annual planning and large-scale budget management.
