Senior Business Analyst (h/f)

We are seeking a Business Analyst essential for a Regulatory Alignment Project, focusing on assessing and aligning the organisation with new operational resilience regulations. The BA is responsible for conducting the detailed analysis required to assess current capabilities against PS7/26 requirements and define what changes are needed to achieve regulatory alignment. The BA translates regulatory expectations into business requirements and future-state processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Conduct gap analysis against regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with SMEs across various functions including Compliance and Risk.
• Deliver a formal gap analysis report and remediation plan.
• Create supporting documentation including process maps and reporting templates.
• Ensure regular governance reporting to senior management.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, specifically PS7/26 or similar Operational Resilience Regulations.
• Experience with gap analysis and operational resilience frameworks.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with policy documentation and reporting processes.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and third-party risk management processes.
