The Risk Governance Analyst will play a vital role in managing the governance processes for one or more organizational committees. This position ensures that all documentation and reporting standards are rigorously maintained to support effective decision-making and risk oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling and agenda preparation for committee meetings to ensure smooth operations.
Review and ensure the quality and completeness of papers submitted for committee consideration.
Collaborate with data owners to gather, validate, and verify metrics and data for accurate reporting.
Identify and challenge data discrepancies to maintain integrity and accuracy of information.
Coordinate with internal teams to support overall risk governance frameworks and reporting obligations.
Develop and maintain Management Information (MI) reports to track committee performance and risk metrics.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in risk governance and committee management.
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of metrics and data analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of financial services industry and risk management frameworks.
Familiarity with the Three Lines of Defense model.
Experience in operational risk and credit risk management.
Project management skills or certification.
Proficiency with data visualization tools and software.
