Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and related regulations (e.g., SS2-21 ). The focus is on enhancing Anomalous Activity Detection and Systems Monitoring to improve resilience against ICT-related disruptions.
The role spans both banking and securities entities, helping align systems, policies, and reporting with regulatory standards while supporting operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify monitoring and detection gaps across critical systems and services
- Map critical functions to current monitoring configurations; define uplift plans
- Align procedures and standards with DORA requirements
- Collaborate with tooling and tech teams to implement resilience controls
- Analyse Regulatory and Implementation Technical Standards
- Develop requirements documents and support the full project lifecycle
- Ensure neutrality and regulatory compliance across dual-entity responsibilities
Experience & Skills
Required:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or consulting
- Strong understanding of DORA and ICT operational resilience
- Experience in cyber anomaly detection and systems monitoring
- Skilled in tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Familiarity with EBA, PRA, and ESMA regulatory frameworks
- Knowledge of ITIL and tech change processesCandidates should expect a dynamic work environment with a focus on regulatory compliance and operational resilience.
