emagine is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Financial Reporting to join our growing team of IT consultants. The ideal candidate will excel in managing end-to-end project delivery for complex financial management and regulatory reporting initiatives within financial institutions. This role requires a blend of effective leadership, strategic planning, resource management, and change management expertise. The successful candidate will contribute to high-stakes projects while enhancing our clients' operational capabilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and govern the changes required within operations systems and processes.
- Lead project scope definition and planning for IT and non-IT initiatives.
- Recruit and manage a project delivery team from internal resources.
- Ensure compliance with project delivery frameworks and governance protocols.
- Develop a baseline plan and oversee adherence to project scope and timeline.
- Provide Change Management expertise to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts.
- Generate clear, actionable project updates for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Support portfolio management and reporting requirements.
